During the period from September to December 2022, employees and the director of the Office for Drug Control attended a series of training sessions and workshops related to the implementation of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF). On this occasion, the knowledge and competencies of the Office’s staff were significantly improved when it comes to enhancing the services and operations of the Office, thanks to the CAF support team.

CAF is a European quality management tool for the public sector, a means that enables institutions to focus on improving the services they provide to their users. Designed and developed as a free tool to assist organizations in the public sector in improving their performance, CAF helps organizations conduct self-assessment involving their staff, create improvement plans based on the results of self-assessment, and implement activities for enhancement.
